General conditions

In some countries, a warranty can be provided by a dealer (seller's warranty). Contact your dealer for details.
The warranty doesn't cover any product that has been altered or modified in any way, misused, or damaged.
Customer pays return shipping charges. We are responsible for the return shipping charges of replaced/repaired products. Products found to be non-defective will be returned at customer's expense.
We also offer an extended warranty for any Neurosoft product. Please contact sales department to find out the details.

Trolleys, stands and holders for medical equipment	12 months
Coils for magnetic stimulators, photic stimulators, auditory stimulators, OAE probes	12 months
Outpatient units (patient units, PSG units), reusable sensors (PSG sensors)	6 months
Accessories for fixation and connection of electrodes and sensors (cables, helmets, belts, etc.)	1 month
System units	24 months
Office equipment (printers, monitors, Wi-Fi routers, Bluetooth adapters)	12 months
Сonsumables (eartips, etc.) and disposable items	no warranty
