Warranty conditions

  1. In some countries, a warranty can be provided by a dealer (seller's warranty). Contact your dealer for details.
  2. The warranty doesn't cover any product that has been altered or modified in any way, misused, or damaged.
  3. Customer pays return shipping charges. We are responsible for the return shipping charges of replaced/repaired products. Products found to be non-defective will be returned at customer's expense.
  4. We also offer an extended warranty for any Neurosoft product. Please contact sales department to find out the details.
