Standard 12-lead ECG

Poly-Spectrum-8/V can record ECG from standard limb leads (I, II, III), augmented limb leads (aVL, aVR, aVF) and precordial leads (V1...V6) (available upon request). The recorded ECG data is displayed on the screen and can be printed out on using any printer.

Skin-Safe Electrodes

Unlike the most common needle electrodes, our alligator clip electrodes are skin-safe, thereby preventing animal skin injury and possible infection. At the same time, the electrodes show better skin contact ensuring high-quality recording.

Intelligent Software with Veterinary-Specific Algorithm

The supplied software features a veterinary-specific algorithm and ensures automatic QRS detection, calculation of all temporary parameters, and report generation. Particularly created digital filters ensure excellent noise suppression. ECG measurement and interpretation, as well as exam reports, are saved in a well-organized software database.

ECG Monitoring During Surgery

Poly-Spectrum-8/V can be used as an ECG monitor during surgery. It ensures sound notification for every detected QRS complex and shows the current heart rate in real time. This pocket-sized device can be placed in a bag together with a notebook and powered from it. This means that long-term ECG monitoring system is always at hand no matter where you perform surgery: at your clinic or at a patient’s location.
