Description

Portable PSG recorder, Neuron-Spectrum-AM/PSG allows performing any PSG study according to the latest international requirements. Routine PSG, multiple latency sleep test, maintenance of wakefulness test are possible with that multitask device and simple thanks to the automatic calculation of the parameters necessary for diagnosis.

To transfer the parameters of PAP titration performed during PSG testing, it is necessary to set PAP pressure markers and the software will automatically calculate the apnea-hypopnea index as well as other parameters necessary to select the correct PAP pressure.

Advanced analysis tools to speed up PSG data interpretation

Neuron-Spectrum-AM/PSG is delivered with powerful Neuron-Spectrum.NET software. The recommended workflow, automatic algorithms, and calculated indices were implemented considering AASM guidelines that provide comprehensive recommendations for evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of patients with sleep disorders. Now, PSG records can be interpreted at least in half the time and user-friendly interface provides quick and easy access to any function of the software.

Synchronous video monitoring

When operating over the wireless interface, Neuron-Spectrum-AM/PSG supports synchronous video recording from 1, 2, or 3 cameras simultaneously. HD network cameras with IR illumination, day/night mode, and built-in microphone are used to obtain the video image that helps accurately identify sleep-related events and get a more complete clinical picture. The motorized rotating cameras can be controlled using the particular software ensuring maximum convenience for the medical personnel.

Wireless interface for data transfer

Neuron-Spectrum-AM/PSG can be used to perform PSG studies with medical attendance transmitting the data over Wi-Fi. The wireless interface allows real-time data monitoring and analysis without removing the memory card from the device and copying the recorded data to PC. Wi-Fi operation is data-safe: even if the connection is lost, for example, if the patient is outside the network area, the data is duplicated to the memory card and can be easily copied after the exam is completed.

More than 24-hour operation without battery replacement

Our PSG recorder can operate from the same battery for about 24 hours when the data is transferred via the Wi-Fi interface in real-time mode and for up to 3 days in standalone mode when the data is recorded to the memory card. If the battery level is low, the recorder beeps. When the battery is replaced, the exam recording will continue automatically. Even when working over Wi-Fi, a backup copy of the exam data is saved to the memory card to ensure additional safety from data loss.

Internal memory for data storage

The recorder may have a built-in memory card of up to 32 GB (depending on customer requirements) where the data of several exams can be stored. By connecting the memory card to a computer, you can transfer the results of the performed exams to the database for viewing and analysis using special software.

The support of HL7 standard allows integrating all diagnostic Neurosoft systems into the information system of a healthcare facility.
