Poly-Spectrum-AM is intended for Holter monitoring and allows for long-term 24- to 72-hour ECG recording. The system also records respiratory rate, movement activity, body position and detects pacemaker pulses that assures deeper analysis and facilitates result interpretation. User comfort, the accuracy of automatic algorithms, a wide range of tools for result control and editing were our main targets when designing the system. Poly-Spectrum-AM is designed to obtain comprehensive information provided in the summary form so that a specialist could easily find all significant events within the recording.

Automatic Non-Invasive Blood Pressure and Heart Rate Measurement

Blood pressure (BP) is recorded using the 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitor BPLab. It is the first Russian blood pressure monitor designed in accordance with international safety standards (IEC 60601-2-30:1999). The device ensures the most accurate measurements due to high interference immunity.

Poly-Spectrum-AM.NET performs analysis of simultaneously recorded ECG and BP data. BP changes can be compared with ECG phenomena using BP trends, hypertension and hypotension tables of systolic BP and diastolic BP.

Wireless Communication with Clinician’s Workstation

The test can be controlled via Bluetooth using a computer. The patient can move freely while the specialist checks signal quality and monitors test progress in real time.

One Button Acquisition Start

The recording can be started without computer assistance, simply by pressing the button on the front panel.

Fast Data Downloading to Computer

The data is downloaded to a computer for less than 2 minutes (at 250 Hz frequency for 24-hour recording) using a USB interface and data compression without compromise on its quality.

Advanced Software for Long-Term ECG Monitoring with PQ, QT, HRV, ABP, ST, HRT Modules

Poly-Spectrum-AM software performs the automatic analysis of long-term ECG record to detect QRS complexes and rhythm abnormalities dividing them into ventricular and supraventricular ones and pauses, to measure ST segment elevation/depression, and to calculate heart rate (HR) with maximum possible accuracy! We verified our algorithms using the recommended ECG databases (AHA, MIT-BIH, ESC, NST) and obtained excellent results.
