I hereby give consent to the processing of my personal data to Neurosoft LLC (“the Operator”) located at 5, Voronin str., Ivanovo, 153032, Russia and persons acting on its behalf in accordance with the Federal Law 38-FZ “On Advertising” (Article 18, Part 1) and Federal Law 152-FZ “On Personal Data” (Article 9). The consent covers any actions (operations) performed with or without automated equipment for the processing of personal data, including collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), use, transfer (including transfer by means of information and telecommunications network—the Internet—through the equipment and data transmission channels belonging to third parties), anonymization, blocking, deletion or destruction of personal data or its combination (name, phone number, email address, country, city, company name, cookies) provided in this form for advertising activities, distribution of newsletters and advertising mails in any way and form and using any means and channels (sms, email, telecommunication networks, including through the use of telephone, fax, mobile radio telephone, social networks and messengers) providing information about new products and services of Neurosoft LLC and intended for conduction of surveys and studies to identify customer satisfaction so to improve the manufactured products, offered services, communication of events, advertising and any other promotion of products and services in the marketplace through direct contact with me and other customers. By giving this consent, I confirm that I act freely, of my own will and in my own interest.
I give consent to the transfer of my personal data by the Operator to another person (telephone, facsimile, mobile radio telephone, social media and messengers operators) on the contractual basis between the Operator and the other person, in order to achieve the processing purposes set out in this consent. In doing so, the person processing personal data on behalf of the Operator must comply with the principles and rules of personal data processing stipulated in the Federal Law 152-FZ “On Personal Data” (Article 18 Part 5, Article 18.1 and Article 21 Part 3.1) to maintain confidentiality of personal data and ensure security of personal data at their processing.
I also claim to be aware that the transfer of information via unsecured communication channels using the Internet can be associated with threats of unauthorized access to the transferred information by an unlimited number of people and I accept all the risks associated with these threats.
This consent shall be valid from the date of competing the form and sending it to the Operator until I unsubscribe from receiving information and advertising materials, newsletters and advertisements by clicking on the special link Unsubscribe in the emails sent by (or on behalf of) the Operator and/or until the expiry of the agreement with the Operator and/or withdrawal of the consent to process personal data sent to the Operator in accordance with the procedure established by the applicable law of the Russian Federation.
