On February 15-17, the 12th Annual Update Conference on Clinical Neurology and Neurophysiology takes place in Tel Aviv (Israel), where the group of Russian authors from St. Petersburg will deliver the report concerning the usage of transcranial magnetic stimulation in patients with transverse myelitis.
The results of long-tem study of the development, prognosis and outcome of this dangerous neurological disorder showed that the transcranial magnetic stimulation is a noninvasive diagnostic method that can be helpful in modern neurology and pediatrics.
During the study the devices manufactured by Neurosoft Company (Ivanovo, Russia) were used. Neuro-MS/D transcranial magnetic stimulator and Neuro-MEP EMG, NCS and EP system demonstrated high reliability, stability of the obtained results and energy efficiency.
