Poly-Spectrum-8/EX differs from other Neurosoft ECG systems as it can operate on Windows PC as well as on the mobile phone using the special application. The application can be installed on any Android smartphone or tablet.
12-channel Advanced ECG Recording
Poly-Spectrum-8/EX digital system allows recording ECG from 1 to 12 channels and respiratory data from 1 channel. The system also ensures automatic ECG measurement and interpretation, storing and printing.

If you forgot to enable a high-pass filter when recording ECG, you can do it during ECG encryption as the recorded data is stored unfiltered.

Poly-Spectrum-8/EX digitizes ECG at a high sampling rate. The system together with a hardware module for compensation of patient cable capacitance caused by its vibrations and a set of powerful digital filters ensures high-quality ECG under any conditions.
ECG automatic measurement
Poly-Spectrum-8/EX includes Poly-Spectrum.NET/Analysis software (base delivery set) for ECG measurement.
In ECG measurement mode, a physician can see the selected QRS complex or the one averaged by the selected epoch. The software automatically sets the markers in the reference points of QRS complex. The automatically generated report is shown in the same window. By clicking QRS complex at any trace, a physician can zoom the trace for a detailed view, perform the necessary measurements and correct marker positions manually.
Support of CPET systems
Poly-Spectrum-8/EX ensures integration with gas analysis systems MetaLyzer 3B (Cortex, Germany) and Ergostik (Geratherm, Germany) to perform cardiopulmonary stress test. It is compatible with exercise equipment of other world-known manufacturers (GE Healthcare, HP Cosmo, , Kettler etc.).
*If your exercise machine is not supported by our Poly-Spectrum.NET software, we can easily integrate it! After the exercise machine manufacturer approval we can add it using the obtained data exchange protocols.
The support of HL7 and DICOM standard allows integrating all diagnostic Neurosoft systems into the information system of a healthcare facility.
Nowadays all large medical centers and a range of small clinics are equipped with information systems intended to store and process their medical data. To make their workflow reliable and effective the software shall interface with such systems.
HL7 (Health Level 7) is the most commonly used interface engine for exchange, integration, sharing and retrieval of electronic health information. Neurosoft software supports data exchange via HL7. Nevertheless HL7 defines just a message format and general principles of data transfer while each specific information system can use its own messaging standards. The specialists of our company can easily setup the software to fit the needs of any clinic and thus to provide the most effective integration via HL7.
The Neurosoft software also supports DICOM network protocol. Using DICOM modality worklist the diagnostic software can interchange data with healthcare information system of clinics: obtain data regarding the required studies and transfer the results of performed studies to the information system of clinics.
